БАМ: второе дыхание

Байкало-Амурская магистраль – мегастройка СССР – переживает сегодня второе рождение. «Российские железные дороги» вопреки экономическому кризису настойчиво модернизирует выход к Тихому океану, строят БАМ-2. Чем сегодня живет обновляемая магистраль, какие проблемы приходится решать железнодорожным начальникам и рядовым путейцам, начальникам станций и машинистам, диспетчерам. Как оценивают БАМ-2 стройотрядовцы и ветераны БАМа, что их заботит?

Чтобы ответить на эти вопросы корреспонденты «Газеты. Ru» отправились не в головной офис РЖД, а в путь. Провели на железке почти 2 недели, проехали 4 тысячи км по тайге и сквозь горные тоннели. Миновали оползень под Тындой и едва не оказались в кювете, ночевали в отцепленном вагоне, но все-таки благополучно преодолели весь маршрут, от Иркутска до Комсомольска-на-Амуре. И теперь готовы поделиться своими впечатлениями с читателями.

Сесть в вагон и помчаться по знаменитому БАМу – не такое уж простое дело. До БАМа мы сначала летели—от Москвы до Иркутска. Потом мы весь день плыли по «священному морю» Байкал, с юга на север, и только ночью второго дня прибыли в город Северобайкальск. Это неформальная столица нового БАМа. Отсюда стартует БАМ-2. И с этого места мы включим диктофон и расчехлим фото и видео-аппаратуру.

Впрочем, не будем торопиться. Иркутск, Байкал и его окрестности заслуживают того, чтобы рассказать о них отдельно. Хотя бы потому, что туристический потенциал этих мест явно недооценен. Да и нынешний курс рубля дает повод присмотреться к отечественным достопримечательностям внимательнее.

Памятник Бабру

Иркутск нам понравился. После утомительного перелета было ощущение, что здесь-то как раз и расположен последний оплот цивилизации. С сетями три джи и фастфуда. Но Иркутск оказался даже лучше, чем мы ожидали. Здесь, например, вкусно готовят. Цены ниже московских. На колхозном рынке Иркутска, как в Одессе, есть все сезонные овощи и фрукты, от ташкентских персиков до китайских розовых помидоров и монгольского плиточного чая. Граница-то рядом. Но в основном продукты сюда доставляют по железной дороге – из подмосковных фабрик и теплиц.

Везут еду по «железке». Кстати, о социальной функции, невольно возложенной на РЖД, мы еще расскажем.

На ракете рассекая по Байкалу

На осмотр всех достопримечательностей Иркутска потребуется ни один день. У нас не было и одного, нас ждал Северобайкальск. На другом конце озера. Туда лучше плыть на пароме. Подъехав утром в речной порт Иркутска, мы поняли, что наш паром – это «Ракета» на подводных крыльях.

Главное впечатление от Байкала – чистота и мощь. Глубина – местами до нескольких сот метров, поэтому всматриваться в толщу воды страшновато. Настоящее пресное море. И это впечатление почерпнуто не из Википедии. Море в окружении гор, некоторые из вершин покрыты ледниками даже на пике лета.

Воды Байкала прозрачны, чтобы там ни говорили о целлюлозно-бумажном комбинате и его стоках. Пока что человеку не удалось загадить Байкал и одно это стоит того, чтобы сюда приехать. И посмотреть, как здесь по ходу перемещения с юга на север чередуются солнце и дождь. Мы пересекли Байкал, когда уже смеркалось, за 13 часов, вместо положенных 12-ти, немного барахлил двигатель.

Господин Бурхан

Кстати, проблема с двигателем — это было первым предупреждением всесильного Бурхана. Это местный божок. Считается, что он живет в каждом камне, капле росы и в каждом комаре или ветке лиственницы, которые встречаются путникам. Он – хранитель этих мест. Если не хочешь сгинуть в сопках без следа, Бурхана нужно задобрить: сигареткой, каплей водки, крошкой хлеба, монеткой… «Не гневайся, Бурхан, разреши проехать» — так надо говорить, оставляя подношения. На любой дороге в Прибайкалье найдется особое место, деревце, увешанное кусочками тряпок и лентами. Это алтарь Бурхана. Задабривать и просить следует тут. Добрых и не алчных Бурхан пускает в свои владения. Несведущих не жалует, но и не вредит, вроде бы. В Иркутске мы об этом духовном эксклюзиве еще не знали. Не задобрили Хранителя – истинно по незнанию. Знали бы, подкинули пару монет.

Термальный источник с медведем

Приехать в Северобайкальск и не побывать на горячем источнике Гоуджекит – это все равно что приехать в Париж и проигнорировать творенье Гюстава Эффеля. Утро мы отправились в горы за 40 км от Северобайкальска. Асфальт кончился за первой же сопкой, возле мусорной свалки. Началась грунтовка и впереди идущий «Камаз» остановился, водитель вышел капнуть водки Бурхану. Водитель нашего «Уазика» добавил к капле водки сигаретку и мы отправились за вторую сопку. Мысленно, про себя, мы посмеивались над суеверными страхами местных. Пока не доехали до моста через горную речку. Мост ремонтировала бригада плотников. Тремя днями ранее здесь сковырнулся с моста грузовик с прицепом, накрыл водителя бетонными сваями. Водитель выжил, потому что каждый здешний водитель не забывает задобрить господина Бурхана.

Термальный источник открыли бамовцы лет 30 назад. Бурили возле скалы скважину – искали питьевую воду, а попали на горячий ключ. Вода тут выходит из-под земли, имея температуру 53 градуса. Ее теперь разливают по бассейнам и зовут купаться. Соли, растворенные в такой воде, так расслабляют организм, что давление у человека падает и ему хочется спать. «Номер на турбазе стоит за ночь до 3 тысяч рублей. Питание за отдельную плату. Наверное, недешево, но к нам едут не только из Иркутска, Братска или Улан-Удэ, дальнобойщики или золотари с Бодайбо, но и из Питера и Москвы», — говорит Наталья Михайлова, администратор базы «Солнечная». Для постояльцев здесь готовят омуля и пирожки с грибами. Бонусом идет медведь Гриша, каждый день подходит к забору возле водонапорной башни, нюхает воздух, доносящийся с кухни, и уходит в лес по малину.

Говорят, местная горячая водица способствует заживлению ран, а особенно полезна для женщин. Как-то раз, здесь, на базе, вспоминают, отдыхал ансамбль песни и пляски «Бурановские бабушки». Купались, загорали, все поголовно помолодели, зарумянилсь и прогремели потом на «Евровидении». Оздоровительный эффект налицо.

После горячих ванн мы, по плану, направимся на осмотр уникальных участков железной дороги — мысовых тоннелей. Но это уже будет не праздная экскурсия, а одна из целей нашего визита на БАМ.
